Many brands only honour their warranty when a product was bought through an authorized channel. Grey-market and marketplace listings can quietly void it. Buying from Flonea keeps the manufacturer's coverage intact. That's a large part of why we work this way.
Claims go through us: email hello@flonea.com with your order number and a description of the issue; photos or a short video help. We handle the maker; you will not be bounced between us and the manufacturer.
As new brands join the range, their coverage is added here the day their first product goes live.
