Our products ship factory-direct from each maker, so return terms follow the maker's rules, and we print them plainly on every product page instead of hiding them. Here's the summary.
May be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition and packaging. Rug returns carry a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. To start a return, email hello@flonea.com with your order number and we'll send the return address and instructions.
These can't be returned for change of mind. Once a 100-pound machine has been delivered, there is no honest way to resell it as new, and we'd rather tell you that up front than charge you a surprise $350 freight bill. Choose carefully, and email us before buying if you're unsure; we'll answer honestly, including "don't buy this one."
Can be cancelled free within 24 hours of ordering. After that it's being made for you and can't be returned, except for defects.
Email photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost, including all shipping.
Once the maker's warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 to 15 business days. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show it.
