Terms of service.

These terms apply when you use flonea.com or place an order. We've kept them as short and readable as terms can honestly be.

Effective August 24, 2026 · Last updated August 25, 2026. These Terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL NAME] ("Flonea", "we"), San Francisco, CA.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm shipment; until then we may cancel and fully refund an order, for example when a product is out of stock or a price was listed due to an obvious error. Prices are in US dollars.

Pricing and availability

We work to keep prices and stock accurate, but a listing is not a guarantee of availability. If something changes between your order and shipment, we'll contact you before doing anything else.

Handmade goods and screens

Some of our products are handmade. Variations in color, texture, and small differences in size are characteristics of handmade goods, not defects. Screens also show colors imperfectly, so the piece in your room may differ slightly from the photo.

Shipping, returns, and warranty

These have their own plain-language pages, which form part of these terms: shipping, returns, and warranty. Products are covered by their manufacturers' warranties as described on the warranty page; to the extent the law allows, we make no additional warranties beyond them.

Using the site

The content of this site (text, graphics, and design) belongs to Flonea or its licensors. You're welcome to link to it; please don't scrape it, republish it as your own, or use it to mislead.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law says can't be limited, including your statutory rights around faulty goods.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [STATE].
