Every product ships from its maker inside the United States, never from an overseas warehouse. No games, no surprise fees at checkout.
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 states. We can't yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
In-stock items (rugs, accessories) leave the maker's warehouse within 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 3 to 7 business days by ground carrier. You'll get tracking by email the moment it ships.
Built-to-order items (desks, chairs) are made when you order them. Each product page shows its build time, typically 1 to 3 weeks, plus a few days in transit.
Treadmills and furniture that are too heavy for regular parcel carriers arrive by freight truck, curbside, with a liftgate. The carrier will call or text to schedule a delivery window, and someone 18 or older needs to be there.
Before signing the delivery receipt, look over the packaging. If anything looks damaged, note it on the receipt (or refuse the delivery) and email us photos within 48 hours at hello@flonea.com. That note is what lets us replace damaged items at no cost to you. Freight delivery is to the curb; inside delivery and assembly aren't offered yet.
