The short version: we collect what's needed to fulfil your order and answer your messages, and we don't sell any of it. The longer version is below.
When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone, and shipping/billing address to fulfill it. When you join our email list we collect your email address. When you write to us we keep the message, so we can answer and hold context if you write again.

Because products ship factory-direct, we share your name, shipping address, phone number, and the items ordered with the maker fulfilling your order and its delivery carriers, only what's needed to deliver it. They may not use it for anything else.
Our newsletter runs on [EMAIL PROVIDER]. Every email has a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate.
The site sets a session cookie that keeps your cart together; that's what makes checkout work. This site currently runs no analytics tool; if we add one, it will be named here on the day it's enabled.
We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Email hello@flonea.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We honor these requests for everyone, in any state. California residents may also exercise rights under the CCPA the same way.
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date. We won't quietly weaken it.
